Design & Label provides packaging design, sourcing, production coordination, logistics support, and related creative services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are outlined in separate project agreements or quotes.

3. Intellectual Property

All designs, artwork, and original materials created by Design & Label remain our property until full payment is received and rights are formally transferred per the project agreement. Client-provided logos, artwork, and branding remain the property of the client.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, timely feedback, and all necessary approvals. Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate client input may affect timelines and costs.

5. Quotes & Payment

Project quotes are valid for the period stated in the quote. Deposits, milestone payments, and final balances are due as specified in the project agreement. Late payments may delay work or delivery.

6. Limitation of Liability

Design & Label is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.

7. Third-Party Suppliers

We work with trusted manufacturing and logistics partners. While we oversee production and quality, we are not responsible for delays, defects, or customs issues caused solely by third-party suppliers or carriers.

8. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
