Your concept drawn up as a full 3D model — wall thickness, neck finish, draft angles and capacity all engineered before a cent is spent on tooling.
3D-printed prototypes
Physical samples in your hand within days so you can check ergonomics, shelf presence and fill volume before committing.
CAM & tooling
Toolpaths and mould drawings released to the factory — custom glass moulds, injection tools and cap tooling built to spec.
Decoration development
Spray colour, frosting, electroplating, hot stamp, silk print and decal trials matched to your brand palette.
Pilot run & QC
T1 samples, drop, torque, pressure and alcohol-friction testing signed off before mass production is released.
Production & delivery
Full-scale runs with inspection reports, freight booking and shelf-ready delivery into your warehouse or 3PL.



What a bespoke project needs
Bespoke tooling carries a one-off mould cost and a higher minimum order, but it gives you a shape nobody else on the shelf can buy. We'll tell you honestly whether a custom mould or a decorated stock format is the smarter spend.
